We all returned with very good memories of China. I shall now give you my views about our trip:
 
Communication with GCT representatives-
These were excellent both with you Grace and with John. All our queries were answered promptly and all our requests were handled as per our wishes.
 
The tour guide- Mr Tang was an exceptionally good tour guide. A cultured  and most knowledgeable person who was appreciated by all. He speaks very good French and is certainly an asset to your organization.
 
Hotel- we ourselves reserved the hotel which was a good choice.
The coach was good and the driver excellent.
 
Meals- The meal in Suzhou was great, both in terms of quality and quantity and everybody praised it. However the meal in Shanghai was well below average.
 
Anyway, overall we are quite satisfied with the trip and will not hesitate to recommend your company to our friends and associates.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful trip to China, we really appreciate it!
 
My favorite place so far was Tibet, it was so good to be in contact with nature, ... just been able to see the Potala Palace and the Himalayas.
 
I am very glad to tell you that the tour were very well organized in China, especially Tibet (guides and drivers), everybody knew what to do. I didn't have to tell anybody what to do or read them my itinerary, my special compliments to our guide in Lhasa, Mr. Pasang, he treated us like family.
 
The meals in China were spectacular. In Tibet we had the symptoms of the high altitude and we couldn't sleep or eat. Since we were not used to Tibetan food, Pasang was so nice that he took us only to Western Restaurants; he made us feel like we were at home.
 
Thanks again for arranging such a wonderful trip for us.

I would like to thank you very much for your attention in organizing our trip, which was absolutely fantastic! I must say that the trip exceeded both my husband's and my expectations.
We had a wonderful time in China. I must commend all our guides: Michael in Beijing; Linda in Hangzhou and Harry in Shanghai for their professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. They are truly wonderful ambassadors for the city they represent and they made our stay in each city a great experience. They are certainly assets to your organization!
 
The meals were delicious; we loved the Peking Roast Duck very much. We had a great dinner in Shanghai and I am sorry that I forgot the restaurant name.

Sorry for getting back to you after such a long tome, but our traveling did not end in China, therefore we are just returning home these days. I would like to tell you that we loved China and we were very satisfied with the service of your agency. I found you through Google, therefore I was not sure of the turnout - but amazingly we felt very lucky and absolutely well taken care of. Everything went really well and we truly enjoyed the trip. 
 
Guides: most guides we met were very kind and caring. In Beijing Harry was very kind and caring and worried a lot to please us. We liked her very much. In Xian the guide was also a kind and patient gentleman, we felt comfortable with him. The guide in Chongqing was also very kind and rather knowledgeable.
Drivers: all our drivers were kind. We liked them very much. 
 
Hotels: the hotels you set up for us were very pleasant, well located, and comfortable. The hotel in Beijing was very comfortable and offered great breakfast. The hotel in Xian was also very comfortable, great location and fantastic breakfast buffet. The cruise was also clean and fairly comfortable. The hotel in Shanghai was very exciting and it was on the Nanjing Road and we did enjoy our walking outside the hotel at night. 
 
Meals: overall food was a great experience. We enjoyed it very much! (and probably ate too much). The quality and variety of food was striking, we were never sick from it. Most meals were good, some were excellent. Our favorite meal in Beijing was the Duck dinner. The other meals were ok. The food we were offered in the cruise was incredibly fresh, varied and tasty. Truly excellent, from breakfast to dinner. 
 
I hope the comments above will be useful for the purpose of improving your already excellent services. Thank you very much, and looking forward to visiting China again in the future.
